Job Title: Senior Finishing Engineer (Architecture)
Location: Korba Heliopolis cairo 
Key Responsibilities:
Final Design Execution: Supervise and implement the finishing work related to architectural elements, including but not limited to flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, paint, and cladding, ensuring alignment with the architectural design.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to verify that all architectural finishes meet the highest quality standards, client specifications, and relevant codes.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to review and resolve any issues related to finishing materials and design details.
Material Selection and Procurement: Review and recommend materials for finishes in collaboration with the design team, ensuring that selected materials are durable, functional, and aesthetically aligned with the project vision.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finishing team, overseeing tasks and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely procurement and installation of finishing materials.
Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges or discrepancies during the finishing phase, ensuring that solutions are cost-effective and align with design objectives.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed reports and documentation for all finishing-related work, tracking progress, material usage, and any deviations from the original plan.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all finishing work adheres to safety standards and local building codes, maintaining a focus on sustainable practices when selecting materials.
Final Presentation: Oversee the final presentation of the project’s architectural finishes to ensure a polished, high-quality outcome for client handover.
